I am a consultant anaesthetist at Glasgow Royal Infirmary with a special interest in the provision of sedation and anxiety management for patients requiring any form dental treatment. At Barnton Dental Spa we realise that for many people, a visit to a dentist can be a source of much anxiety and fear.Our dental sedation service recognises and understands these issues and ensures that you will be in a calm and relaxed state in a supportive and caring environment while your treatment is being completed. Our sedation service is offered in a modern, monitored suite.
I have been working in the area of dental sedation in Scotland since 1996 and have extensive experience in dealing with the wide range of problems encountered by patients who experience dental phobias.
Outside of work, my interests include the theatre and tennis.
